When Is A Leak A Leak?

...I've heard much skepticism about the authenticity of the leaked Tory memo regarding the Liberal leadership race. But such theories don't account for this little document, which was forwarded along to me earlier today, does it?

Make no mistake: if there's one thing that distinguishes the new team from the last, its that the new guys don't do "leaks". The memo is legit, and I'd hate to be the staffer caught slipping party mail to the media.
